Where singing bowls come from?

Singing bowls* which have existed for millennia. The origin of singing bowls * Asia (Nepal, Tibet, India), where they are culturally classified as medicinal and meditative bowls ** They were traditionally used throughout Asia as part of ceremonies, rituals and, among others, in some monasteries.

The singing bowls have been used in healthcare for centuries to cure diseases such as headaches, joint pain, back pain, stomach problems, etc. In addition, they can cleanse the chakras of the body. Regular practice of this therapy is known to help relax andsoothe the body and mind.
